“So, first of all, I think it's very important to understand that actually every single building is a prototype. So I'm an architect myself, so I can tell you that my colleagues out there doesn't like anything more than making every single building a piece of art. That means every single building is also different just by purpose. And that just doesn't account only for the floor plan, for example, or the facade, but also for the technical building equipment. That means, just by definition, when we're dealing with commercial buildings, then it is different. Just because it has to be a project, actually, because like every piece of it is different inside and we have to deal with that.”
