Your Responsibilities
- Implementation & Optimization: Lead the deployment of our energy efficiency solutions, combining hardware, software, and tailored strategies.

Technical Energy Manager

We do this by taking our clients on an Energy Efficiency Program, revealing how they can save energy and helping them make those savings. We build both the approach and the software to make this happen. We are a purpose-driven team continuously looking for the highest value - in our mission, and in our way of working.
Today, we are looking for a Technical Energy Manager for BeNeLux and France (within Eurostar and public transportation range), based in Brussels, to complement our team.
As a Technical Energy Manager, you will spearhead efforts to enhance the energy efficiency of our clients’ buildings, guiding our clients through every stage of the project lifecycle. Your role is crucial from start to savings and in continuous support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Your specific responsibilities include:
- Taking the lead on implementing our approach and technology for improving energy efficiency of buildings.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining our monitoring and steering solutions (hardware and software).
- Analyzing data and visiting buildings to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for energy savings.
- Implement strategies for optimizing HVAC system performance to improve energy efficiency while maintaining or enhancing comfort levels.
- Acting as the primary communication link among various stakeholders including asset managers, property managers, facility managers and tenants.
- Coordinating with sales and engineering teams internally, and with external parties to manage energy missions effectively.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our approach and technology by closing the feedback loop coming from the field.

Finance & Admin Manager

- Managing and overseeing the financial operations
- Safeguarding the financial health of the company, ensuring effective financial control, reporting, coordinating the business planning and budgeting processes, and cash management.
- Supervision of the external accounting, and assuming end responsibility for accurate financial reporting towards management and the Board, as well as statutory accounts.
- Your data analysis, forecasting, insights on financial risks and opportunities and your recommendations will support the management in financial planning and business decision-making.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Together with the HR manager, you will be responsible for HR administration, including contract management and payroll coordination.
- You oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees and coordinate office administration tasks, ensuring smooth business operations.
- You liaise and organize IT matters in cooperation with the external IT supplier.
- You are in charge of rewarding schemes for our team members.
- You are responsible for corporate housekeeping: insurances, office management.
- You have a master degree in economics or business administration.
- You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial management, controlling or audit or consulting.

Junior Key Account Manager Benelux

- Management of existing key accounts.
- Create strong relationships with key stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Identify new business opportunities, and convert them into customers.
- Develop new and existing partnerships with large key prospects and accounts to help them tackle their challenges and reach their business as well as ESG goals.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
- Work with the Marketing and Delivery teams to implement targeted sales strategy, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Interface with technical teams internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners.
In this position you report directly to the CCO. This position involves frequent travel to visit customers across Benelux major (real estate) business cities.
