Khadija has an eye for recognizing talent and connecting talent to job opportunities in her own and other’s company. As CEO of DeltaQ, Khadija sees what happens when talent meets purpose and therefore shares her insights with young people at the start of their careers.
“Dare to think big, but keep both feet on the ground. Take small steps towards your goal every day and take the time to celebrate those steps as well. If you constantly think that you want to be CEO or something else in 10 years, you’re not going to be happy in the present.”
“And don’t overthink job titles. But in whatever position you have, try to learn and give back or leave an impact. The day you can no longer do those things, it might be time to get out of your comfort zone and look for something else.”
