What is it that you'd like all real estate professionals to know?

It is actually quite complex to be very honest. So it's no field. I would say for beginners, it's really like an expert scheme. And yes, I think it can be done faster in the way that you approach it in a, in a way that you make every single project also like belonging to the customer. So that means you approach the customer and saying, Look, where are you right now in your transition from the status quo to net zero, for example,  this is what we always strive for. And then you literally take the customer away, try to take the customer by hand, I would say, and then there are very different approaches you can go for.

So, for example, if you talk to an asset manager or technical facility manager, you could just provide them, for example, with some real time data insights into the building. But you can also go in approach and say, Look, we have to do a technical analysis on site because you realize that the plans you have telling you what your technique of building equipment looks like is not the same like what you really find in the building. And then there is, of course, also the approach that you say, like, look, I already have all of that, but I need something a bit more automated. And then there are solutions who can help you to, for example, AI based to steer your building just from a far so that you really need less labor on site to get the building where you want to have it to be. And that's net zero actually.

So the lowest possible emissions of CO2. And you've got chances for that actually, because you can reduce energy and gas consumption, for example, for 20 to 25% relatively easily, which is quite a big deal because some the world is full of real estate.”
