Khadija Nadi talked to ZigZagHR Magazine about some big societal issues, looking for silver linings within the crisis and she shares HR tips. The interview was published in December 2020.
She points out the climate problem and the increasing polarization. After corona, the climate will be the next crisis, and she finds the idea that everyone is going back to themselves and closing the borders downright scary:
“It’s a pity that we are not empathetic enough to take our responsibility. With DeltaQ I want to be a part of the solution instead of the problem.”
